This program is a hands on hybrid of teaching you to use social media and getting you started.

It consists of five weekly one-on-one meetings that would each last a minimum of two hours. Over these five meetings, we teach you the "why, how, when and where" of social media as listed above but in greater depth. In addition to teaching you the ins and outs of social media, how to accomplish your goals and the tools to create, edit and schedule your content, we will create and publish your social media content for Facebook and Instagram for four weeks using the media on your website and any you provide, based on your goals and branding. At the fifth and final weekly meeting, we will help you create your social media calendar and content for the future.

At each weekly meeting, we will discuss with you what you can learn from the previous week's content and what is coming in the week ahead. Seeing this process through will give you a deep understanding of how to create content, analyze your analytics, make adjustments when necessary, and overall how to successfully manage your social media going forward.

Week 1:

Analyze your current Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Discuss of your branding and brand story.

Identify your target audience.

Create your social media goals for the month, the quarter and the year.

Week 2:

Learn how to understand the analytics for your social media accounts.

Review the analytics for the previous week's content.

Discuss what makes great content and manageable ways to create your content.

Learn when and where to post what for whom.

Demystify the social media algorithms.

Week 3:

Review the analytics for the previous week's content.

Learn to identify and engage with your target audience to increase your reach and engagement.

Discuss how to best respond to comments and reviews, both negative and positive.

Learn to build "know, like and trust" with your community.

Learn how to best use Instagram Stories.

Week 4:

Review the analytics for the previous week's content.

Learn about tools and programs that help create, edit and schedule visual content.

Learn to make a social media calendar that balances types of content to reach your audience where they are.

Learn when to post what based on the demographics of your growing audience.

Learn the basics of Facebook and Instagram advertising.

Week 5:

Review the analytics for the previous week's content.

Create a social media calendar for your business for the future.

Learn to optimize your Google business listing on Google and Google Maps.

Review social media growth over the past month.


For weeks 1-4, Kati will create and publish posts to your Facebook and Instagram accounts using media from your website and other sources such as stock photos, local news and industry information.

Each week will include:

15 Facebook picture or video posts

10 Instagram picture or video posts

Engaging on your behalf with other Instagram accounts to help grow your reach and audience

For a total of 60 Facebook post and 40 Instagram posts.

At the end of the month, you will have a solid understanding of how to create quality content, engage and increase your community, leverage social media to grow your business and how to manage your social media accounts in a way that is manageable. You will have hit the ground running with our help and be ready to take over the reigns and continue to grow!
