Christmas on the Mount 2023

The Columbia music scene’s holiday tradition returns for 2023 with some changes–our venue (and name) has changed, for one. The cast of musicians changes every year, with some returning favorites, regulars, and new faces.
What hasn’t changed is the format–each of our artists will play two songs of the season, some traditional and some not-so-traditional versions. You’ll also hear some of the Christmas story, intertwined with the musical selections and read by our narrator. It’s all designed to offer a new way to experience an old story, and hopefully get you in a proper holiday spirit.
As always, it’s a free show, but an offering will be collected during the event–that will benefit Central South Carolina Habitat For Humanity this year.
